前两天一个偶然的机会接触到chill out，不听不知道，一听～···正好是我喜欢的那种，舒缓，飘渺，听的时候总能联想到很多情景，不止一次地想起电影《指环王》里的场景。关于chill out的细节，我也知之甚少，在网上查了一下，这种音乐多是在舞厅傍边的某一间小屋里播放，用来制造欢愉充满想象的气氛，进而达到放松的目的。

Chill Out是一种含有强烈环境音乐（Ambient）元素的电子音乐，往往节奏较为舒缓，常常运用飘渺虚幻的电子音效，将人带进一个无边无际的想象空间；另一方面， Chill Out的音乐特点是优美女声的运用，配搭上音乐本身的放松风格，营造一种舒缓释放的情境，抑或带点淡淡哀伤的人声吟唱，让人得到另一种悠然的感受。

与其它跳舞功能性较强的电子舞曲相比， Chill Out更注重旋律性而不是强力的节奏。在夜总会中常会分区或有一个房间称为Chill Out Room，放这样的音乐，让跳舞跳累的舞客或是受不了太重太吵音乐的客人有一个空间可以休息，聊聊天、谈谈心或是静静地欣赏音乐带来的想象空间……日出日落、阳光沙滩、蓝天绿海、夕阳西下的城市或悠闲的咖啡馆一角…… Chill Out音乐正是提供这样的环境、相似的心情或营造类似情境的一种很好的音乐元素。

除了冷静、放松、平实的特点之外，Chill Out也往往带有迷幻色彩。不同于Trip hop、环境音乐或迷幻摇滚的阴暗沉重，Chill Out呈现的是一种迷幻中仍带有轻松写意的气氛。Chill Out音乐结合不同电子、音乐元素，可以融合民族音乐、古典、爵士等曲风各异的音乐类型，其范围可能涵盖 Trip hop、Drum n?bass、Hip hop等具有懒洋洋、慢节奏特点的音乐类型。正因为这种融奔放、内敛于一体的调性和本身模糊而放松的风格，Chill Out总能勾起人们心中安静、自然、淡然、原始、真实自我的一面。

Chill Out音乐的一个特色, 就是将环境音乐（ambient）元素与清新女声融合, 配以飘逸的电子音乐, 注重旋律性，节奏和缓，通常带有TRIP-HOP、DRUM N BASS、DOWN TEMPO、爵士等音乐元素，带来清凉舒服的的听觉享受。虽然某些纯音乐的部分也许会让人有昏昏欲睡的感觉，但总体来说显得既温文尔雅又时尚雅致，不必象摇滚一样叛逆愤怒，也不象锐舞派对的音乐那么歇斯底里，比纯粹追求碎拍节奏的电子乐更多了温暖的人声，又比爵士、布鲁斯音乐更欢快舒服。

前两天google更新了PR值，我没太在意，因为这个站才建起来不到一个星期，但是奇怪的是，我今天去查看，竟然本站首页的PR达到了4，匪夷所思。

PR(PageRank)是google用来衡量一个页面相关性和重要性的主要指标之一，其主要受指向该页面的其他页面的数量和质量的影响。本站刚刚建立，没有任何形式的外部链接，所以按理说PR应该为0，但是事实上居然达到了4，PR不为0也就算了，要知道一个页面的PR值要达到4，那也是十分不易的。

所以对于这个结果，保持一个平常心，可能下次的PR更新就被降下去了，没有太多必要去关心这些数字～···

身边一直有人在说这部电视剧，说是如何如何好看，如何如何感动得一塌糊涂~“`长沙这两天气温陡然降低，我这学期的学分也修完了，没课了。这两天躲在屋里也没出去，差不多两天时间把这部电视剧看了。怎么说呢，感动还是有的，但是不至于哭的稀哩哗啦吧～···以前没看过，但是我越看怎么感觉和《阿甘正传》那么像呢？算不上是一部军旅生活的电视剧，个人认为是一部励志电视剧吧。要让人感动，情节很重要了，当然了再配点煽情的音乐，几个大老爷们抹把泪，只要是个人都会感动吧？男人的眼泪远比女人的具有震撼力！要不怎么说“男儿有泪不轻弹”呢，要全世界的男人都开始流泪了，世界也就垮了，是男人就把泪水吞进肚子里吧。

说句实话，个人不是太喜欢许三多这种类型，虽说有责任心，心地善良，当然了，这是做人的根本，但是总得有点血性吧？相比之下更喜欢高城，袁朗这号～···，萝卜白菜各有所爱，喜欢什么不重要，至少有那么几个你喜欢的，证明你还在乎一些东西。

这部电视剧看书或许效果好些，想像空间会大些。我很少看励志类的文章或是影视，认真来说身平就看过一篇励志小说，当时对我触动很大。励志小说完全没有一丁点多看的必要，如果你还需要看很多才能“励志”，那基本上你不用看～就那样～···

现在很少看这类情感剧，感觉太虚，生活中情感够真实的，自己慢慢体会就足矣。再说了，人在感动一番后，总会有那么一段时间会觉得现实空虚，缺乏方向感。所以呢，为了普渡众生，造福人类，现在我们更倾向于星爷的无厘头搞笑剧，或是《武林外传》这般类型的，只为生活找点乐子。生活不是看出来的，是现实中体会出来的，是拿来过的！

随便baidu或是google一下这个标题，结果一大堆。我认真阅读了每一条建议，受益颇多。如果能在项目开发中认真做到每一点，不但会带来良好的用户体验，同时也对SEO大大有利。我用粗体标出了部分自己觉得现阶段比较重要，且需要在实际中践行的一些条目，提醒自己在实际中能多注意。

我想我爱上firefox的一个重要原因应该是其良好的扩展性，即firefox拥有功能丰富的扩展。可能还有很多人对扩展和插件的概念还有些模糊，在此解释一下。扩展(extensions)，mozilla官方的解释是Extensions are small add-ons that add new functionality to your Mozilla program。而插件(plugins)，官方的解释是Plugins are programs that allow websites to provide content to you and have it appear in your browser。也就是是说扩展是作为firefox本身功能的一部分来定义的，而插件更多的是网站向用户提供的程序。扩展是以XPI的文件格式出现，而插件则主要是exe程序，需要安装，如flashplayer插件，扩展最简单的安装方法便是将下载到本地的xpi文件直接拖进firefox窗口即可。

以前在百度空间发过一篇firefox扩展的文章，说实话里面有的扩展我自己也没装，也没有进行具体测试。那么这次我只介绍自己机子上安装的一些扩展，都是非常适用的。言规正传，现在开始（排名不分先后）。

1、FEBE，这款扩展用于firefox的备份。包括扩展本身的备份，还有书签，主题，cookies，以及一些历史数据的备份，功能异常强大。有了这款扩展你不再用承受电脑突然down掉过后扩展丢失，书签丢失的痛苦。

2、Fastfox，该扩展主要用于提高firefox的运行速度。

3、Foxmarks，这也是一款备份firefox书签的扩展，不同于FEBE的是，改扩展的备份文件是保存在网络服务器上，而FEBE是保存在本地。这对于经常出差，经常更换电脑的人非常有用。更换电脑是只需登录帐号，重新下载书签备份即可。

4、IETab，经常做浏览器兼容性调试的人应该免不了在IE和Firefox之间来回NNNN…次的切换调试。对很多热爱firefox的朋友来说，这无疑是痛苦的过程，IETab使你不再需要在两种浏览器下不停的切换，有了IETab让一切都在FF下完成。

5、Screengrab，经常看到好的页面，是不是想保存下来，不管是“Print Screen”还是QQ的“Ctrl+Alt+A”顶多也只能截取一屏页面，有时候要做个效果图，还得再把几次截图拼接起来，是不是很麻烦。Screengrab帮你解决所有问题，一键操作既可截取单屏页面也可截取整个页面。

6、SearchPreview，对于搜索引擎的网页搜索结果单纯的文字介绍是不是很单调，有时候我们需要先看看页面的设计才决定是否需要浏览，那么这时候SearchPreview就可派上用场了。有了这款扩展，来至雅虎，google，baidu的网页搜索结果都会增加缩略图显示功能。

7、WebDeveloper，做页面开发的人应该是无人不知吧，功能强大不用我多说，加上Firefox也可用做CSS编辑调试器，如果你是做页面开发的，现在还没安装，赶紧装一个吧。

8、Autohide，真正的全屏浏览工具，什么都没了，只有网页。

9、TabMixLiteCE，可定制书签，搜索结果，历史，撤消标签均在新标签页中打开，相当方便。

10、ThunderExtension，将迅雷下载添加到firefox右键菜单，因为它，我一直没用过Flashgot。

11、DownloadStatusbar，在状态栏显示文件下载信息。如下载速度，文件大小，剩余时间等。

12、Firebug，另外一款网页开发的辅助工具，功能上丝毫不逊色于Web Developer，同时更有Web Developer所没有的很多强大而又复杂的功能，JS开发必备～！

13、Greasemonkey，如果你是个scripter，你会爱上它，diy你自己的页面。据说还是firefox扩展开发利器！

14、Yslow，yahoo出品，使用前提条件是先安装Firebug插件。分析页面并给出一些提高页面性能的建议。

15、DeliciousBookmarks，Delicious的，当然你得有一个Delicious的帐号。

16、GoogleNotebook，Google记事本插件，用它来记一下小东西还是很方便的。当然首先你也得激活了此服务。

17、gladder，翻墙必备～插件主页现在都要翻墙才能过去了，伟大的GFW～···

18、CSSValidator，CSS校验。

19、ReaditLater，算是一款非常优秀的GTD插件，灰常有用。

20、StyleSheetChooserPlus，页面样式控制。

21、FireScope，Firebug支持，提供HTML&CSS参考。
